I’m a sucker for crazy socks. And Chrissy’s Socks Halloween Style is, well, my style!
So….imagine my delight when Chrissy’s Socks wanted to work with me! I swore I was dreaming. Thankfully I was not 😁 SO, So many positives with Chrissy’s Socks! First, they have a very wide selection of socks (over 600 styles!!!) Second, they are Made in the U.S.A. and woman-owned since 2009! And last, but not least, they are fur-free! Always a positive for an animal lover 🐶
And as far as crazy socks, Chrissy’s Socks do not disappoint!
Every color, every style, and every occasion! The only thing I prefer is LONG socks, but I’ve been known to sport a crazy ankle sock occasionally! I wear leggings almost exclusively (yup, I’m a comfort over trend girl all day!). I wear my socks OVER said leggings!
Let me interject here with a short story that ultimately led to my over-the-pants sock-wearing style.
When I was a kid, my dad decided to go out and weed-wack a patch of what he thought was high grass. It was NOT. It was poison ivy. Now, let’s talk about his attire. Shorts, T-shirt, no socks, low-cut sneakers.
Long story short, he could not physically walk for almost two weeks. He had weed-wacked through the stalk of poison ivy, thick stalks. And the juice went directly onto his skin. So between that and ticks, my socks are the star of my outfit.
I ordered a few pairs to try out and it literally took hours. I just could not pick. They are all so stellar! When I finally calmed down, I picked out some of my top pairs (I have about 100)

Now, having worn ALL of them, I can easily say they are all my favorite. Let me break it down for you. I intend to wear these all many more times before Halloween, but I can see every pair being a great addition to your Halloween Costumes!
Those white socks with the paw prints….. comfortable doesn’t really describe them. The foot of the sock is so cushiony, it feels like walking on plush carpeting. I love the fact that the leg part of the sock is not that thick. The leg is a little tighter, which I love because I dislike having to pull my socks up all day!!
Not to be outdone by the doggie prints, I have to rep my kitties as well! We have 5 on board, one orange and one grey among them. So the kitty ones fit.
We stumbled upon a cute nursery with lots of mums and cute fall decor. But much to our surprise, they also had a LOT of houseplants. But I really felt like my socks were more suited to the fall decor! Those orange and black striped socks popped against the fall background!
A few years ago, we stopped in Popeye’s Garden to check it out. We were passing by, and decided to take some updated picks. My feet were beat, so I really did not want my sneakers on. So I went without.
Chrissy’s Socks are so durable, that walking on concrete was not even a second thought.
Everything was the same, but we got some updated pics. And Phil approves of Chrissy’s Socks (again 😸)
So the Rudolph socks got me some attention when we stopped at the local Walmart. This sweet older woman asked if I was jumping on the bandwagon with early Christmas decorations. I said I just love my socks so much that I want to give them all equal time. I have the most holiday socks, so I have to start early !!
And that gave me an idea.
An all-out Christmas in October outfit. So I pulled out all the stops. But those socks are definitely the winner! They are nice and thick. Super soft and comfortable. Again, no shoes were needed (I was close to the bus!)
We attended a craft fair at the local fairgrounds and it was fall-based, so I appropriately wore my dancing skeletons socks to set up our booth!
And after a week in a livestock building at a very dusty fairgrounds, we desperately needed to do laundry! We always use a laundromat because it is our most efficient way. In between washer and dryer wait times, I usually have a plan to kill time. This time, I found a fantastic popcorn shop! So we popped in for a few bags. While wearing my murderous Snowman socks! How fun, popcorn and killer snowmen ⛄🔪⛄
