Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 36 oz Frozen shoestring hashbrown potatoes
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter softened

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to baking dish.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Serve with over easy eggs on top.
