Yellow Box Cake Mix
Servings: 4 cups cake mix
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add in butter, and using a pastry blender, combine until butter is mostly combined.
- Store in an airtight container and use in place of 1 yellow boxed cake mix.
