Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Add in butter, and using a pastry blender, combine until butter is mostly combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container and use in place of 1 yellow boxed cake mix.
