mini vs MEGA: The Series — Same Landmark, Two Scales
So we all know where the real Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, Colosseum, and all those HUGE landmarks are located, right? Well, what about all their mini replicas? We are set on finding them, one mini at a time. Because America seems to just keep building them.

The families we’re collecting: the Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Colosseum. The minis are the game. The real ones are the dream board.
The house rule, for the record: a replica earns an entry just for existing. It earns a whole post only when the day around it was a story. A statue by the side of the road is an entry. A park day, climbing to the top of the thing with your kid, is a post.

Eiffel Tower
Two minis found. Kings Dominion, Virginia — the 331-foot tower, and the day earned its own post: “For this mini vs MEGA stop, we’re at Kings Dominion in Virginia, where its 331-foot Eiffel Tower has been part of the park since opening day. But seeing it from the ground wasn’t enough — Mason and I wanted to go to the top.” And Fayetteville, North Carolina — the smaller tower, posted back in 2023.

Statue of Liberty
Collecting now. Every replica we find lives on the Statue of Liberty collection page — Entry 1 is Little Rock, Arkansas, January 2023, and the page grows with every find.

Leaning Tower of Pisa
