Benjamin’s Biscuit Acres Dog Park is hands down one of the best dog parks we’ve hit in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Located inside Hunter Park, this place has everything your four-legged crew could want.

The Basics You Need to Know

Hours: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily (Closed Mondays – bummer!)

Location: Inside Hunter Park, 5804 E. 91st Street, Tulsa.

Parking: Abundant! We rolled up in our 35-foot bus with car dolly and car in tow and had zero issues finding space. If you’re traveling in a big rig, this place won’t leave you circling the block.

What Makes Benjamin’s Biscuit Acres Dog Park Special

This isn’t just your basic fenced-in dirt lot. Benjamin’s Biscuit Acres Dog Park has multiple separate play areas, which is important when you’ve got dogs with different energy levels or sizes. Speaking of sizes – Louie, our 21-pound puggle, was NOT having the “small dog” warning sign. He identifies as a big guy, thank you very much! The size separation is actually super helpful for keeping everyone safe and comfortable.

Amenities That Actually Matter

Water Everywhere: They’ve got pools for the dogs (yes, actual pools!), plus water bowls and stations scattered throughout. In Oklahoma heat, this isn’t just nice – it’s essential.

Agility Equipment: There’s a whole agility course setup if your dog is into that. Louie gave it a suspicious look and decided the open grass was more his speed.

Shade Structures: Multiple covered areas where you and your pups can escape the sun. Trust me, you’ll appreciate this during summer visits.

Open Space: Tons of room to run, even when it gets busy. The layout gives dogs space to spread out and find their own vibe.

Our Morning Adventure

We hit Benjamin’s Biscuit Acres Dog Park around 9 a.m. on a weekday and only had one other dog there – perfect for our greeting committee routine. See, Jemma (our pittie) is what we call an “aggressive greeter.” She comes in hot but is actually super sweet. Here’s how it works: Louie trots up to new people and jumps on their leg for pets, then BAM – Jemma appears out of nowhere to jump in your face for aggressive kisses. It’s a whole racket, but the other dog parent was totally cool about it.

What Other Dog Parents Should Know

The separate areas aren’t just small vs. large – there are multiple sections so dogs can find their comfort zone. We noticed the morning crowd (what little there was) seemed pretty responsible about watching their dogs and stepping in when needed.

If you’re traveling through Tulsa with your crew, Benjamin’s Biscuit Acres Dog Park is definitely worth the stop. The RV-friendly parking alone makes it a winner, but the amenities and space put it over the top. Just remember they’re closed Mondays – learned that one the hard way on a previous trip!

Bottom Line

Benjamin’s Biscuit Acres Dog Park hits all the marks: safe, clean, well‑maintained, and actually fun for both dogs and humans. Louie’s size identity crisis aside, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re rolling through Tulsa.
